Tran’s Combat Martial Arts Academy conducted its seventh color belt test. There were 1 teen and 4 adult tested for their next rank.
The promotion test includes basic, hand and foot techniques, condition, rolling, endurance, strength, self defense, form, sparring, breaking and some questions related to martial arts training.
All students did really well and were promoted to the following rank: Jill Shumway and Ann B. Brown promoted to Orange Belt, Keiko Yara, Olha Mykula and Juan C. Zuzunaga promoted
to Blue Belt. The promotion ceremony was done at the end of the test in which Master Tran
presented the students with the new belt and rank certificate.
